Dauphin County Technical School is a full-time, comprehensive public career and technical high school serving Central Dauphin, Derry Township, Halifax Area, Lower Dauphin, Middletown Area, and Susquehanna Township School Districts. Students from other school districts may attend on a tuition basis. At DCTech we believe in educating the whole student by focusing on both the student's academic and career preparation. |

Picture Day Dress Policy 9/8/10
For Wednesday, 9/8/10, students are not required to be in DCTS uniform and may wear appropriate dress clothing for picture day. All expectations as listed on pages 22 and 23 still apply. No hats are permitted for picture day

12th Grade Enrollment Option
Beginning with the 2009-10 school year, Dauphin County Technical School will be offering a new enrollment option for 12th grade students. Seniors from Dauphin County school districts may enroll in any DCTS technical program on a half-day or full-day basis. This option may be of interest to seniors who have completed the majority of their academic requirements, and want to gain an advantage over their fellow graduates by learning technical skills related to their chosen postsecondary fields of study prior to graduation from high school.
