Cafeteria Manager

The Dauphin County Technical School is currently seeking a Cafeteria Manager with a minimum of 5 years of food service management or related field experience. Strong leadership and communication skills and thorough knowledge of nutrition and food preparation required. Knowledge of government regulations and programs including USDA and PA state school meal programs, National School Lunch Program, Free and Reduced Lunch Program, PA Nutrition Standards, ECOS, Wellness Program, HACCAP and point of sale systems. Bachelor's degree in food service management, nutrition, or Registered Dietitian status preferred. Experience with a career and technical school a plus.

Position is a 210-day ACT 93 position. Competitive salary & benefits package available.  Please address a letter of interest to Maria J.
