The mission of the Dauphin County Technical School
is to provide an integrated learning environment that encourages all youth
and adult to reach their fullest academic and occupational potential. The
following courses are designed to help students meet the expectations of Chapter
4 and the PA Academic Standards.

Driver
Education is a classroom-based course that focuses on the
development of good driving habits and the importance of
developing a defensive driving attitude. Students will also
discuss the dangers of alcohol and other drugs, vehicle operation,
sharing the road with other vehicles, trip planning, winter
driving tips and preparation, and basic controls.
